I know you want to make the right decisions for your family. Pregnancy brings lots of changes - for your body, mind, soul and home. While it’s exciting anticipating the arrival of your little one, it can also be overwhelming and stressful.

How you move through pregnancy matters - for you and baby. With more than 15 years of experience teaching prenatal yoga and providing birth doula support and coaching, I’ll guide you so you feel informed, energized and empowered in the months leading up to your birth.

If you want to be centered and calm, I’ve you. If you’re ready to be conscious and confident as you move through this sacred period in your life, I’ve got you.

I’m committed to helping ensure you get the birth experience you want and deserve. It requires preparation though, especially if you’ll be giving birth at a hospital.

When you coach with me, an Integrative Coaching Session combines talking, breathing, movement, mindfulness, mindset, relaxation and education.

Each hour-long Session is fun and informative, with the goal of helping you create space in your body, mind, heart and home so you trust and surrender to the process and yourself as you prepare to welcome your child into the world.
