Yoga lays a foundation and a path for you to connect your divine center, the seat of your feminine energy, your true power. Yoga for Reproductive Health is a nurturing, evidence-based practice designed to support you throughout your reproductive journey.

Postpartum Yoga & Mindfulness - 1:1 Sessions 

A gentle, in-home program to help you regain strength, tone your core and pelvic floor, and heal after birth, no matter your birth experience. Learn to close diastasis recti, build a simple self-care routine, and use breath to feel more grounded and compassionate in early motherhood.

Recommended twice a week from 6 weeks to 6 months postpartum.

In-home sessions only.

Gentle & Restorative Yoga - 1:1 Sessions 

Ideal for mamas navigating fertility treatments, recovering from surgery, or moving through the hormonal shifts of perimenopause. These private, in-home or virtual sessions support joint mobility, core strength, and hormonal balance. With breathwork and Pilates-inspired movement, ease stress, anxiety, and back pain while improving sleep and presence.

Perfect for mamas in transition or feeling depleted, seeking calm and renewal.

Recommended weekly or bi-weekly.

As a mother, yoga teacher and doula, with years of experience supporting women, I’ve developed a gentle yet powerful approach called The Embodied Relaxation Technique.

This method helps you regulate your nervous system and balance your hormonal system. You can move from reactivity, the fight, flight or freeze response state and into a state of relaxation, awareness and healing. During periods of high stress, like fertility treatments, postpartum recovery, cancer care, or menopause, yoga can be your balm. 

My integrative approach helps you connect to your inner strength and empowers you to feel safe, calm, and centered. It’s intelligent, practical and guaranteed to make you feel better.
